  • Prepare complete rebar cutting lists of different structures.
  • Prepare PRS for all he materials needed based on the approved cutting lists.
  • Prepare detailed rebar delivery schedule based on approved blocking.
  • Coordinate regularly to the Purchasing Department the progress of delivery of materials. Reconcile delivery against requirement.
  • Prepare strategic plan on how to handlke the mobility and access of delivery trucks on project site.
  • Prepare specimen samples for testing, witness tensile and bending tests, evaluate esults and recommend actions needed base on results.
  • Make necessary revisions or adjustments on rebar cutting lists and actual implementation as required on cases of non-availability of required rebars on site to meet the concrete blocking schedule.
  • Conduct actual inspection and approval on all rebars installed prior to any concrete pouring activity.
  • Prepares all documents needed for the submission of Request for Inspection to QC Team.
  • Monitors site implementation and progress of work.
  • Conducts thorough inspection regularly with regards to cleanliness of the area particularly on active floors.
  • Conducts own coordination meeting with the Sub-contractor
  • Evaluate and prepares all document needed for the processing of Sub-contractor's progress billing.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Implementsand complies with ISO : current version - QMS.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Preferrably Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferrably with at least 1-2 years work related experience
  • Must have a good command of the English language both in oral and written communication
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Programs and AutoCADD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
