Overview
APW is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage and oversee our human resources functions, ensuring that our workforce is supported, motivated, and aligned with company goals. The HR Officer will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.
Responsibilities- Handle recruitment processes including job posting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Organize training and development programs for employees.
- Resolve employee issues and concerns, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee attendance tracking.
- Ensure that the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year and above of experience in an HR role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
