Overview

APW is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage and oversee our human resources functions, ensuring that our workforce is supported, motivated, and aligned with company goals. The HR Officer will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Handle recruitment processes including job posting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and maintain records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Organize training and development programs for employees.
  • Resolve employee issues and concerns, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee attendance tracking.
  • Ensure that the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year and above of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Work Location: Rockwell, Makati
