ASG Platform is offering a 2-Year Software Developer Residency — a fully funded, stipend-supported, training-to-hire program that helps capable coders grow into championship-level professionals.
This is a full-time, remote (U.S. hours) opportunity designed for Filipino developers who want to advance their technical and professional skills through mentorship, collaboration, and real-world projects.

- This program is not a bootcamp. It’s a structured, high-intensity residency where participants will:
- Build real automation and AI projects with senior mentors.
- Collaborate with peers across the Philippines.
- Develop clean, efficient, and production-grade code.
- Receive a monthly stipend while continuously improving their skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Filipino citizen, currently based in the Philippines.
- Strong coding foundation (academic or self-taught).
- Personal computer and stable internet connection.
- Full-time commitment (no side jobs, freelancing, or active schooling).

- Short coding micro-test.
- Series of paid coding assessments.
- Interviews and checkpoints (including brief reflection statements).
- Final evaluation leading to a Residency offer.
