The Role - Fractional CTO We are looking for a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can guide our technical vision and strategy. This part-time role calls for an individual with extensive experience in AI and no-code technologies who can provide a strategic overview while hands-on mentoring engineering teams. You will be a key player in shaping our technology landscape and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities Define and oversee the technical strategy of the organization, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities Lead the integration of AI and no-code tools into our existing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability Assess new technologies and platforms, ensuring that we stay ahead of trends and leverage the best solutions available Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables Ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and scalable Communicate technology strategy to partners, stakeholders, and the board of directors Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and ethical standards Skills and Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in startup or high-growth environments Proven expertise in AI technologies and their application in business solutions Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Dify, Bubble, Webflow, etc.) Experience developing tech strategy, architecture, and implementation plans Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycles Excellent leadership and people management skills; able to inspire and mentor tech teams Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills; able to make data-driven decisions Experience working in healthtech or related fields is a significant plus Example Projects You Might Have Done Built a multi-agent architecture for a personalized AI assistant platform Led development of a real-time AI data processing engine Architected a scalable LLM-powered search + recommendation pipeline Consulted for Fortune 500s or hypergrowth startups on AI strategy and implementation Benefits Base Salary: USD 40 to USD 70 per hour Corporate Culture & Work Ethos We foster a culture of innovation, performance, and purpose.
