Job Description: To ensure timely and accurate processing of all weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. Reports to Payroll Team Supervisor. Standard work schedule (Mon-Fri). Office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage payroll; ensure payroll cycles, posting, costing and accounting due dates at multiple locations are adhered to by all parties.
- Manage workflow to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- File and pay statutory payroll withholding taxes/social security contributions to relevant government authorities including FBT.
- Provide comprehensive and timely responses to employees and managers per SLA.
- Resolve issues by identifying causes and implementing corrective actions for complex/non-routine situations.
- Update and align standard operating models including payroll reports, SOPs, checklists, calendars, record keeping, etc.
- Stay abreast of payroll regulatory changes and update processes accordingly.
- Provide back-up support to team members as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of payroll experience; minimum 1 year in Philippines, Australia and New Zealand payroll in a multinational or shared service environment.
- End-to-end payroll processing experience.
- Payroll implementation experience preferred; knowledge of ADP, Workday, and Service Now (ticketing) systems preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

UK Payroll Analyst II – Relx (UK) / Other EmployersPosted today
Job Description: End-to-end payroll processing for RELX UK, including regular pay cycles, off-cycle, year-end processing, remittance, reporting and employee inquiries. Reports to Payroll SME/Supervisor. Requires ability to work with internal/external stakeholders and deliver payroll with accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Payroll SME/Supervisor; respond to inquiries via multiple channels per procedures and policies.
- Analyze inquiries, provide solutions and respond to HR and labor legislation questions.
- Produce payroll reports and manage payroll processing and controls (including interfaces and data transfers).
- Support reports to HR vendor management and HR administration; participate in change management, testing, and process improvements.

- Willingness to work mid-shift (UK hours); proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems; strong communication skills.
