Responsibilities
  • Actively support the implementation of SJ Group Compliance Program and initiatives;
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the SJ Group Compliance Program and reporting;
  • Develop and deliver effective compliance training and communication;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
  • Has the demonstrated ability to consistently: Interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Operate with experience in an Engineering Consulting environment within project management and delivery processes;
  • Have working knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining certified management systems.
Skills / Knowledge
  • Understanding of commercial business drivers;
  • Skilled in effectively communicating with others;
  • Sound knowledge of management systems;
  • Sound knowledge of relevant ISO, AS/NZS standards;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite and SharePoint.
