Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications preferred.
  • Several years of experience in financial management, compliance, and shared services operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Optimize financial processes within the shared services framework.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations.
  • Implement best practices for efficiency and standardization.
  • Lead and mentor finance teams within the shared services unit.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
