Job Description

  • Interprets and applies relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Oversees and maintains the AML program to manage compliance risks.
  • Monitors operations via a compliance platform to ensure legal and ethical standards.
  • Prepares compliance reports and checklists.
  • Manages data flow and conducts compliance risk assessments.
  • Trains staff on regulatory updates and compliance practices.
  • Acts as liaison between departments and senior management.
  • Regularly reviews policies for legal compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Compliance or similar roles within financial institutions
  • Preferably holds a degree in Law, Business Administration, or IT
  • Familiar with auditing standards and practices
  • Demonstrates strong ethical standards and integrity
  • Capable of strategic and analytical thinking
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
