Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees. Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including 201 files, benefits documentation, and compliance. To carry out other duties, within the scope of the job, and to meet the needs of the business. Administer timely and accurate payment of of government loans and remittances (SSS, PHIC & PAG-IBIG) Maintain accurate records of government remittance receipts and other government-related documents.
