We’re Hiring: Service Desk Team Leader

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for leading teams and delivering excellent customer service? Join us as a Service Desk Team Leader and play a key role in driving service excellence

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coach a team of Service Desk Analysts
  • Handle escalations and perform root cause analysis
  • Ensure SLA adherence and top-notch customer support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Service Desk Team Leader (TSR or SD TL)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office, VPN & ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and basic network connectivity
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
