This role frees senior consultants to focus on complex client interactions, while building a pipeline of talent able to progress into Strategy Consultant roles. Position Summary Marketing Project Managers will join client calls to manage agendas, action items, project timelines and communicate directly with clients. Expected to handle repeatable tasks and reporting with minimal oversight after training. Essential Job Functions Partner with US-based Strategy Consultants to prepare for and follow up on client meetings (agenda creation, notes, action items, scheduling). Manage project timelines, client deliverables, and recurring entitlements across multiple accounts with minimal oversight. Coordinate cross-team agenda priorities ahead of shared client meetings, prepare templated presentations, take notes, and send follow-up emails for client meetings. Join client calls to record action items and manage next steps. Coordinate and refine client-facing materials including slide decks, GANTTs, and some standardized reports. Work inside the ABM platform to review campaigns, pull standard reports, and ensure configurations are accurate. Monitor email from clients and route to the appropriate account team members to fulfill client requests. Support ongoing campaign monitoring, capturing client performance signals, and raise issues to Strategists if problems occur. Independently manage standard entitlements (e.g., sync prep, reporting readouts) after training, reducing reliance on Senior Strategists. For lower-tier and less complex accounts, own routine syncs and reporting cadences without the aid of a Senior Strategist using established playbooks. As needed, prepare and submit detailed technical support tickets to DemandScience support team, including: Precise description of the observed issue Steps to reproduce the problem Potential impact on marketing activities Relevant screenshots or system logs Follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or account/project management Familiarity with ABM concepts and campaign performance metrics preferred Strong organizational and consultative communication skills; able to facilitate meetings and manage timelines confidently. Proficiency with Google Slides/PowerPoint and CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.). Comfort using collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, JIRA, or similar). High English fluency, with ability to draft clear client-facing materials. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Solid understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation concepts; familiarity with ABM strategies is a plus. Working knowledge of project management practices (timelines, deliverables, SLAs). Awareness of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Strong organizational and project management skills; able to coordinate multiple accounts simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to facilitate client discussions and document outcomes clearly. Proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint for deck building; comfortable handling client-ready materials. Competence using collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, JIRA, or similar). Basic analytical skills to interpret marketing reports and identify trends for escalation after training. Build trust and manage relationships with clients at the working level while supporting Strategists on executive relationships. Independently manage routine, repeatable client entitlements (e.g., sync prep, reporting cadences) after training. Adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and processes after training. Balance detail orientation with the ability to see broader strategic goals. Potential to grow into an Associate Strategy Consultant role by developing consultative and analytical expertise.
