Department: Creative Design Department

Reports To: Executive Director / Project Director / Project Lead

Job Type: Full-Time

Preference: Applicants must be based in Pampanga (preferably within Angeles City or nearby areas).

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various sectors, including theme parks, water parks, hotels, and restaurants. This role involves managing all aspects of project development, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will also be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams in the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Present project updates and reports to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with landscape architects, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate various aspects of project plans.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient use of all resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of project management experience, specifically in theme parks, water parks, hotels, and restaurants.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

Skills:

  • Strong project planning and execution skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Trello).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead multidisciplinary teams.
