Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables that align with client objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track. Conduct regular project meetings, providing status updates and managing stakeholder expectations and communications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and resolve project-related issues effectively. Ensure compliance with internal processes and best practices to streamline project delivery and enhance overall efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Information Technology and Services industry, ideally in an outsourcing or offshore operations context. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Experience with project management tools and software to track progress and report on project metrics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and collaborative abilities. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and develop strategic solutions. A relevant degree or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
