About the Role Your expertise as a Full Stack Developer will help in building scalable web applications and services. The role requires strong proficiency in both front end and back end technologies, with the ability to design, develop, and integrate features across the entire applications. As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other tech experts to deliver high quality based solutions. An ideal candidate is someone comfortable working in Agile environments, can troubleshoot and optimize application performance with a strong passion for clean and maintainable code. What you’ll do Lead the overall operations in the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications Provide guidance, coaching, and code reviews to the development team Act as the escalation point Ensure adherence to best practices in software, security, and performance optimization Spearhead delivery of projects based on the committed timeline Design and implement APIs, microservices, and database solutions Drive Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team What You Bring 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or senior role Proficiency in frontend frameworks (Next.js and TypeScript ) Strong back-end experience with Nest.js and Express.js Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms Knowledgeable in CI/CD and DevOps Problem solver, thinks outside the box and a reliable and valuable leader Nice to Have Cloud Certifications Testing frameworks and automation Performance optimization and security applications Hiring Process We utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates.
