Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, ReactJS, and NodeJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both backend and frontend development, ensuring seamless integration between server-side logic and user-facing components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end web applications using Java Spring Boot and NodeJS (backend) and ReactJS (frontend).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Implement unit testing and integration testing for application components.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for better performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams, attending sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS
  • Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
  • Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
