We deliver large‑scale, mission‑critical, multi‑platform projects for governments and enterprises in Singapore and the APAC region. Responsibilities Participate in regular backlog refinement, applying developer insight and design skills. Engage in sprint planning, protect against over‑working, and practice time management while developing cutting‑edge technology. Conduct seasonal research and development (Innovation Sprints) to uplift technical skills. Collaborate with program and project management teams to clarify timelines for technical development work. Maintain the Payment Services ecosystem by hunting and fixing bugs and errors. Qualifications Familiarity with common architectural and integration patterns (Pub/Sub, queues, databases, APIs). Exposure to API design and UI/UX development. Adept at communicating design pros and cons to the business. Decision‑making largely based on data. Strong focus on code quality, testing, and delivering efficient, maintainable solutions. Preferences Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with microservices architecture or building distributed systems. Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, RHOCP. Experience with serverless architectures. Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
