About the role We are seeking a talented Financial Account-Call Center Service to join our dynamic team at 525 Primera Human Resources Services Inc' in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting services to our call centre operations. As part of the Accounting team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. What you'll be doing Preparing and processing financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts on a timely basis Compiling and analysing financial data to produce accurate and timely reports Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Providing support to the finance team and other departments as needed Maintaining strict compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions What we’re looking for Proven experience in a financial accounting or reporting role, preferably within a call centre or service-based environment Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and procedures Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field What we offer At 525 Primera Human Resources Services Inc', we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
