Overview

Data Processor role at Fujitsu Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite at BGC, Taguig). Shift: Shifting Schedule. Role Purpose : To ensure timely and accurate processing of customer transactions and requests, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer transactions and requests in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achievement of SLA/KPI targets.
  • Delivery excellence and productivity.
  • Quality of customer experience.
  • Contribution to innovation and process improvement.
  • Participation in enablement programs.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in data processing or administrative support.
  • Preferably a university graduate in IT, Business, or related fields. Undergraduates may be considered with strong relevant experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and systems.
  • Strong communication skills, professional work ethic, and adaptability to Japanese work culture.
  • Willing to work extended hours and during Philippine holidays.
  • Willing to work hybrid set up, onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
