Overview Data Processor role at Fujitsu Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite at BGC, Taguig). Shift: Shifting Schedule. Role Purpose : To ensure timely and accurate processing of customer transactions and requests, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Accurately process customer transactions and requests in accordance with approved procedures and standards. Prepare and submit reports as required. Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned by supervisors. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of SLA/KPI targets. Delivery excellence and productivity. Quality of customer experience. Contribution to innovation and process improvement. Participation in enablement programs. Compliance with policies and engagement in team initiatives. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in data processing or administrative support. Preferably a university graduate in IT, Business, or related fields. Undergraduates may be considered with strong relevant experience. Proficient in computer applications and systems. Strong communication skills, professional work ethic, and adaptability to Japanese work culture. Willing to work extended hours and during Philippine holidays. Willing to work hybrid set up, onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Must-Have Skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Time management and organizational skills.
