Processing Associate – Life or Non‑Life Insurance TALENTMATE Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Overview We are seeking a Processing Associate to support our Life and Non‑Life insurance operations. The role focuses on assessing and processing quoted or existing business to meet established quality and productivity metrics. Responsibilities Manage personal work quality and delivery to meet or exceed assigned performance targets within your skill group. Maintain metrics such as Customer Service scores, quality metrics, and productivity. Process tasks such as Auto ID issuance, basic and midterm renewals, certificate holder clean‑up, basic certificate renewal, AID renewal, and new account/client setup depending on skill group. Research issues, handle escalations, resolve complex account inquiries, and provide support to less experienced processors. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, services, and ways of working. Skill Groups Skills Group 1 Processor Proficient in Auto ID issuance, basic midterm renewals, certificate holder clean‑up, and basic certificate renewal for small to mid‑size accounts. Supported by required training: Willis Towers Watson courses, EPIC & COD system training, and renewal training. Skills Group 2 Processor Fully competent in Auto ID issuance, midterms, certificate holder clean‑up, certificate renewal, AID renewal, new account setup, and research of complex issues, with no required supervision. Supported by CISR courses and other relevant training. Core Abilities Working knowledge of COD, capable of setting up and renewing accounts, issuing Auto ID and certificates. Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement. Self‑motivated, able to work independently and under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, team collaboration, and communication skills. Effectiveness in working with peers, leaders, clients, and other stakeholders. Qualifications 4‑Year college degree in Business, Management, Finance or equivalent. Minimum 2 years work experience in Life or Non‑Life Insurance. Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills (detail oriented and accurate). Reliable stable Wi‑Fi connection at home.
