Esta función se basa en el Chapter Customer Support , una dirección enfocada en asegurar el funcionamiento y reducir los tiempos de inactividad de nuestros instrumentos, lo que nos permite contribuir al éxito del nuevo modelo organizacional y los marcos de trabajo ágiles de Roche Diagnostics México. La Oportunidad: Realizas actividades programadas (instalaciones y mantenimientos preventivos) y correctivas del servicio técnico. Aseguras el funcionamiento y reduces los tiempos muertos por fallas de los instrumentos comercializados por Roche. Revisas los procedimientos y acciones determinadas por los lineamientos globales (GCS) y locales del Chapter Customer Support. Realizas instalaciones/desinstalaciones de instrumentos y acciones de campo. Contribuyes con tu mindset ágil, innovador y colaborativo al éxito de la organización, centrándote siempre en el cliente. Quién Eres: Posees un título de Licenciatura en Ingeniería Biomédica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o carrera afín. Cuentas con un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en servicio en campo como ingeniero de servicio en el ámbito de dispositivos médicos y/o laboratorio clínico. Tienes conocimiento indispensable en instalación de equipos, diagnóstico y seguimiento de fallas hidráulicas, neumáticas y electrónicas, y actualización de Software (SW). Demuestras habilidad técnica y de negocio, y una excelente comunicación. Tienes un nivel de Inglés Intermedio. Preferencias: Experiencia de 2 o más años en atención al cliente. Experiencia en capacitación en el extranjero y manejo de documentación de servicio (manuales). Esta posición no cuenta con beneficio de relocación y cuenta con candidato preferente.
