Key Responsibilities: · Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research. · Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. · Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. · Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service solutions. · Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and handle objections effectively. · Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals. · Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to support business decisions. · Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. · Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. · Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required). · 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or similar role. · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to build and maintain client relationships. · Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. · Proficiency in MS Office software. · Willingness to travel if required.
