Job Description

The Employee may from time to time be required to carry out other duties as decided by Employer. Responsibilities include:

  • Filing and encoding of all invoices and payments to QuickBooks
  • Prepare and ensure approval of cheque vouchers with attachments for rents, utilities, suppliers, contracts
  • Photocopy cheques after signatures
  • Settle payments via cheques or direct bank deposit; ensure Official Receipt logging
  • Update monitoring sheet for released cheques and daily transactions
  • Preparation and Filing of BIR 2307 for Rental and Services
  • Attend to supplier cheque status inquiries

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Knowledge in QuickBooks
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in accounting, sales or finance for at least 6 months
