  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
  • Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items for documentation.
  • Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Earned a Bachelors degree of Business Administration, Accountancy, or Finance
  • At least 6 months of experience as an Accounting staff (Accounts Payable)
  • Detail oriented

Requirements :

  • PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual BIR remittances reports
  • Ensure accuracy of tax computations
  • Records and processes all trade and non-trade invoices, expense forms, request for payments and petty cash replenishments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • To receive and validate all official receipts and withholding tax certificate of customers.
  • Validates accounting entries are accurate and are posted to the right account.
  • Assist in audits requirements
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation and schedules of assigned accounts.
  • Compiles routine numerical information for report purposes either manually and or by running routine reports in Navision.
  • Other accounting works as needed to support the Finance team

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • With 1 to 2 year(s) related work experience required for this position.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, analytical, problem solving
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems
  • Familiar with basic accounting procedures and BIR related transaction
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

  • Provide assistance with invoices, billings, vendor statements
  • Data entry, compile and review information for accuracy, maintain and submit records
