- Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items for documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Earned a Bachelors degree of Business Administration, Accountancy, or Finance
- At least 6 months of experience as an Accounting staff (Accounts Payable)

Requirements :
- PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual BIR remittances reports
- Ensure accuracy of tax computations
- Records and processes all trade and non-trade invoices, expense forms, request for payments and petty cash replenishments accurately and in a timely manner.
- To receive and validate all official receipts and withholding tax certificate of customers.
- Validates accounting entries are accurate and are posted to the right account.
- Assist in audits requirements
- Prepare monthly reconciliation and schedules of assigned accounts.
- Compiles routine numerical information for report purposes either manually and or by running routine reports in Navision.
- Other accounting works as needed to support the Finance team
Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
- With 1 to 2 year(s) related work experience required for this position.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, analytical, problem solving
- Effective verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems
- Familiar with basic accounting procedures and BIR related transaction
- Full-Time position(s) available.
