What You’ll Do Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, storage, and logistics. Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and perform at their best. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are accurately tracked and orders are processed in a timely manner. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards. Ensure that warehouse equipment is well-maintained, and oversee any repairs or replacements as needed. Analyze warehouse performance data and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Handle the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring that all products are properly stored and organized. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and provide leadership to drive operational excellence. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse and food handling. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive operational efficiency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
