Project Superintendent (Structural – Rebar, Formworks, and Concreting)

Project Types: Vertical High-Rise Residential, Condominium, Villas, Commercial, and Data Center

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent (Structural) to oversee and deliver large-scale vertical projects. This role is critical in ensuring that structural works are executed with precision, efficiency, and quality across major developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage site operations related to structural works (rebar, formworks, and concreting).

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and site personnel to achieve project milestones.

  • Enforce safety protocols and quality assurance measures on-site.

  • Monitor schedules, manpower, and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong experience as Project Superintendent / Site Manager / Construction Lead in vertical high-rise, residential, commercial, or data center projects .

  • In-depth technical knowledge of rebar works, formworks, and concreting methods .

  • Skilled in site supervision, manpower management, and subcontractor coordination.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Capable of working under pressure and driving teams to meet project targets.
