Drive continuous business process improvement aligned with business unit KPIs. Encourage team members to demonstrate company values and core capabilities. Manage operational and organisational design effectively. Work Experience Necessary Work Experience includes: Moderate relevant experience. Preferred Work Experience includes: Moderate experience managing or leading others; Practiced in building and improving business processes; Strong operational and service background. Qualifications Necessary Qualifications include: Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
