Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen the Kleensafe, Izzupetto and Sexy Sole brand in the market.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align branding efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor brand performance through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage the brand budget to optimize ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Measure and report on brand performance metrics.
  • Foster brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales and marketing, branding, product launches, social media, market research, business analysis, direct sales, campaigns, brand marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional remote work; may require travel for events.
  • Qualities and Traits: Innovative, analytical, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and a team player.
