Project Management

  6. Respects other people's time by being punctual in meetings
  7. Ensures that the project is defined by business and customer needs
  8. Produces complete and quality Issue Tracker
  9. Identifies the people needed for the project
  10. Makes concerned aware of insufficient work or inadequate behavior thru one-on-one discussions
  11. Estimates resources like people, equipment, materials and other support details
Business Requirements Documentation
  1. Appreciates different ideas and is willing to learn from others
  2. Recognizes complex interrelationships or patterns independently
  3. Checks documentation of others and gives constructive feedback
  4. Suggests improvements on the documentation templates being used
  5. Ensures completeness of documentation
  6. Incorporates agreed changes on time
  7. Understands the related product applications
  8. Relates product applications to the business requirements
  9. Structures vast information in a cohesive manner
