The Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a key role in the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing project documentation, managing identified risks and changes, and ensuring the project is completed on schedule and within agreed scope.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare project documentation and manage identified risks and changes.
  • Ensure project is completed on schedule and within agreed scope.
  • Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from process owners and project sponsors.
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team.
  • Identify and measure process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Finance related courses.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; with at least 1 year experience in business process will be an advantage.
Competencies
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicates ideas in a clear and concise manner, considers criticisms to be positive, gives timely and meaningful feedback, and makes customers feel that their ideas are being heard and considered.
  • Project Management: Knows how to use MS Office Applications, understands the concept of project Management Life Cycle and Knowledge Areas, asserts himself in discussions, coordinates effectively with different groups involved in the project, creates clear and concise updates and presentations, ensures that the scope of the project is defined and being adhered to, and finishes all controllable tasks on time with close supervision.
  • Process Improvement Analysis: Knows the basic concepts of Accounting and Finance, appreciates different ideas and is willing to learn from others, prepares process flows and measures improvement based on turn around time, and recognizes simple interrelationships or patterns independently.
  • Business Requirements Documentation: Possesses strong grammar and writing skills, understands and applies the User Interface template, and ensures completeness of documentation.
