Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets, build strong client relationships, and enhance the company's brand reputation. Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and targeted marketing initiatives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Reporting: Track and analyze business development activities, providing regular reports on progress, opportunities, and challenges. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Wholesale & Trading / Constructions. Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies. Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Highly motivated and results-oriented. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
