About the Role 917Ventures is looking for a Program Manager to help design and execute innovation programs that bring startups, founders, and partners closer to the Globe Group. You’ll work directly with the Startup Programs & Ecosystem Head to run initiatives and programs that create real‑world collaborations, pilots, and growth opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves seeing ideas come to life, and can turn complex plans into seamless execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping how startups engage with one of the largest tech ecosystems in the region. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage innovation programs that connect startups with Globe and 917Ventures. Oversee day‑to‑day operations from founder sourcing and event logistics to milestone tracking and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful pilots, proofs of concept (POCs), and venture partnerships. Build and nurture relationships with founders, investors, accelerators, and ecosystem partners across the region. Organize startup sourcing initiatives such as open calls, pitch days, and roadshows. Help represent 917Ventures in community events, webinars, and startup engagements. Work with the marketing team to develop compelling content, event materials, and social media campaigns. Support announcement rollouts, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives that amplify program visibility. Track program KPIs and prepare simple dashboards or reports for management review. Gather insights and recommend improvements to strengthen each program cycle. Identify ventures and partnerships aligned with sustainability and social impact goals. Support innovation programs that address real‑world challenges in alignment with Globe’s ESG commitments. Qualifications 5‑7 years of experience in startups, tech companies, or other fast‑paced environments. Strong project management and organizational skills, and can juggle multiple programs while keeping an eye on details. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging external partners and senior stakeholders. A team player with an ownership mindset, proactive, adaptable, and hands‑on. Passionate about innovation, startups, and ecosystem building. Bonus: prior experience organizing startup programs, accelerators, or tech events.
