Job Description

  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design tailored programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives.
  • Advise leadership on best practices for employee development and training.
  • Manage learning budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are in place.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent development.
  • Drive the adoption of digital learning tools within the organization.
  • Support the Human Resources team in fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across various departments.
  • Knowledge of modern learning technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing training needs.
