We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

The Payroll Specialist assists the entire payroll process to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Payroll Specialist facilitates employees’ government benefit transactions, maintains accurate records, and addresses payroll-related inquiries.

• Administering payroll & assisting with employees’ payroll concerns & questions
• Processing reimbursements, including the identification & implementation of expense management software
• Manage employees’ data records
• Manage payroll tax and other compliance requirements
• Processing employees’ government related transactions
• Coordinating with HR and other departments for employee details essential in the payroll process.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses
• Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably within a company of a similar size
• Completion of a bookkeeping or similar course is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with payroll software & expense management tools
• Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks
• Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality
• Strong sense of integrity, and urgency
• Ability to do fieldworks (if necessary)
