Responsibilities Administering payroll and assisting with employees’ payroll concerns and questions Processing reimbursements, including the identification and implementation of expense management software Manage employees’ data records Manage payroll tax and other compliance requirements Processing employees’ government-related transactions Coordinating with HR and other departments for employee details essential in the payroll process Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably within a company of a similar size Completion of a bookkeeping or similar course is highly advantageous Familiarity with payroll software and expense management tools Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality Strong sense of integrity and urgency Ability to do fieldworks (if necessary) Hiring Process Our team recognizes the importance of your candidacy, and we want to ensure that your application receives the attention it deserves.
