On-site - Caloocan 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description The Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for supporting the General Manager with administrative tasks and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of accounts receivables. Responsibilities Government Compliance & Monitoring: Prepares, monitors, and ensures timely payment and renewal of government-mandated permits and taxes (SEC, DTI, business permits, LTO renewals, HACCP, etc.). Accounts Receivable Management: Handles the recording, reconciliation, and monitoring of accounts receivables, including delivery receipts (DR), invoices, sales reports, and statement of accounts. Collection & Reporting: Prepares collection reports, reconciles discrepancies, and coordinates with sales coordinators for cash and check transactions. Delivery Receipt Processing: Reviews delivery receipt pricing, encodes and files DRs, and reconciles returns with accounts receivables. Pricing & Adjustments: Updates and reconciles price cards based on changes or adjustments. General Accounting Support: Assists in preparing financial reports, sales, purchases, and expenses. Other Administrative Duties: Performs additional tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any 4-year business course. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field. Required skills: Microsoft Office, Internet. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Preferably a resident of Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, or Quezon City. Knowledge in Accounts Receivable and other admin tasks. Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
