Job Description

Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and brewers for our clients. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent aftersales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping equipment in peak working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs of espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
• Conduct site visits to confirm technical requirements prior to installation
• Install and calibrate coffee equipment at customer sites
• Conduct benchtesting of new machines before release to clients
• Perform in-house repairs of coffee accessories and equipment
• Carry out preventive maintenance visits for customer equipment
• Complete accurate and timely service reports for each job order
• Assist with the delivery, loading, and unloading of equipment as needed
• Support logistics and technical setup during external events and coffee carts
• Participate in out-of-town service trips as scheduled
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and proper tool-handling standards at all times
• Escalate recurring or complex technical issues to the Technical Aftersales Manager for resolution

Job Specification/s:

• Vocational/technical course graduate or relevant certification preferred
• Background in electrical, mechanical, or kitchen equipment servicing is an advantage
• Knowledge of electrical appliances and/or food & beverage equipment a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)

Working Conditions:

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules (morning and night shifts)
• Field-based work with frequent travel to client sites and occasional out-of-town assignments
• Requires physical work (lifting, moving, and setting up equipment)

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Juan (National Capital Region): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
