Motorized Collector

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Collector to ensure accurate billing and timely payments while maintaining positive relationships with clients. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy fieldwork, this opportunity is for you

What You'll Do:

• Generate and send invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.
• Follow up on payments through professional and courteous calls or visits.
• Negotiate payment plans with clients when necessary.
• Process and record payments in the system accurately.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Work closely with accounting to resolve billing or payment concerns.
• Facilitate on-site collections in different areas as needed.

Qualifications:

At least college-level education

2 years of experience in collections or a related field

Proficient with MS Office and billing/collection software

Willing to do fieldwork and visit clients

Can confidently drive a manual (de-clutched) motorcycle

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Organized, reliable, and results-driven

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Saturday: half day duty only)
