Procurement Specialist

You will support the procurement teams by purchasing orders, maintaining procurement records, storing documents, and solving order issues. If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering/Management-related courses. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Order Fulfillment , Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain or data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Basic understanding of MRP, ERP, and SRM systems and tools, and multi-level BOMs. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Experience in using Oracle or other similar applications for data entry. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Identify and procure goods and services for an organization and ensure that the operational needs are met. Responsible for the timely delivery of materials to avoid factory operation delays or line stoppages. Keep procurement activities aligned with internal policies and external regulations. Ensure proper alignment of the inbound supply chain for MRO/Interco parts across our business units.
