Job Responsibilities Prepares related schedules; financial; and accounting reports provided to internal and external stakeholders within the prescribed timeline/s; Verifies movements of Banking Booked, and movements of SB Finance Loan accounts; determines and validates variances; coordinates with developers and/or Finance in addressing the identified variances; Prepares the reclassification and adjusting entries of loan related gl accounts. Coordinates the transactions with abnormal balances to processing units for proper disposition. Creates the payment request form for Notarial billings from the accredited vendor. Provides Loans Accounting-related requirements for internal and external audits by referring to audit requirements schedules/checklists to meet audit timelines and deliverables to regulators.
