Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Loan Processing Officer to join our Clients’ mortgage team. The successful candidate will be responsible to review, process, and finalize loan apps; ensure compliance; handle office admin; collaborate on deadlines; monitor progress and resolve issues; capture training. Work Set Up Employment Type: Full Time Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Work Setup: Onsite Location: Makati Client Industry: Finance / Home Loans Key Responsibilities Loan Processing - Review, prepare, and finalise loan applications with accuracy and attention to detail. File Auditing and Compliance - Ensure application/files are compliant with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (based on a checklist). General Office Admin - Filing, documenting etc. Collaboration - Working with client to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives. Monitor loan progress, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve them to prevent delays. Capturing Training sessions (Via video recordings) and transforming into actionable, issuable documents. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2 years of experience in a related role. Previous experience in loan processing, administration, or a similar financial services role (preferred). Organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency in using loan management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite - to be learned. Good communication skills.
