Your Role Responsible for day‑to‑day customer support to ensure clients fully benefit from Zeller's suite of tools and services. Deliver outstanding customer service to Zeller's customers operating outside standard business hours. Communicate across multiple channels (phone and email) with empathy for business pain points. Engage in technical support and general inquiry resolution. Support an Australian‑based team and ensure seamless transition in operations and customer service. Identify customer trends, needs, and preferences for Product teams. Hardware and software support, account configuration and management. Hardware fulfilment handling and supply chain support. Continuous improvement of support operating model design and implementation. Establish subject‑matter expertise and centre of excellence for product usage and support knowledge. What You Need – Non‑negotiables Proven experience working in the Fintech industry. 2+ years of industry experience. Demonstrable experience in customer support roles with great products, companies or people. Comprehensive knowledge and first‑hand experience in running call centre operations; use of call centre tools such as AWS Connect. Comprehensive knowledge of customer experience and service environments. Practical experience with cross channel / multi‑channel support environments. Preferred Skills/Expertise Exposure to high‑growth tech products or industry. Financial products customer support experience. Familiarity with capacity planning and core call centre and support metrics. Passionate about customer experience and problem solving. Ability to work autonomously yet collaboratively.
