Accounts Payable Specialist

“Payables Made Simple, Payments Made Right.” Accounts Payable Officer Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm (PHT) Work setup: 1 month Onsite then transition to Hybrid (2x office 3x wfh) Job Type: Permanent Responsibilities Work closely with the team based in Sydney Management of all payment cycle activities, including coordinating payments to vendors in compliance with internal policies and procedures Handle customer queries and concerns Monitor and manage Accounts inbox Process accounting transactions using NetSuite system Assist with full month-end accounting Escalate if there’s an issue that needs to be addressed Maintain and update process documentation Attends to any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time Accounts Payable Processing invoices, reconciliations, and payments across Manage AP software to ensure accurate coding and internal compliance Generate payment list for approval Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense claims Deliver remittances to vendors and maintain proper records Set up new vendors along with all necessary information Liaise with vendors to resolve payment issues or discrepancies Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations Accounts Receivable Raise and deliver invoices to clients Maintain invoices, contracts, and internal correspondence in ERP system Resolve invoice issues, customer billing inquiries, and/or disputes in a timely manner Providing excellent customer service through assisting clients and head office to resolve their queries Experience Requirements 5 years' experience in accounts payable and receivable, billing, or finance support Experience with Netsuite or similar cloud-based accounting systems Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to pivot between finance and support tasks as required A team player who can adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
