Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll support a fast-moving entrepreneur with a mix of marketing, video editing, social media management, and general administrative tasks. This role requires someone who's highly organized, creative, tech-savvy, and comfortable with direct communication and fast turnarounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing, campaign creation, and digital promotions
- Video Editing: Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and engage on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Admin Support: Manage calendars, emails, research tasks, and file organization
- Content Creation: Help create visually aligned graphics and written content using brand guidelines
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar support role
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Vimeo, Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello), and social media schedulers (e.g., Zapier, Hootsuite)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt quickly, take initiative, and follow through without constant supervision
