Responsibilities
  1. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries in a timely manner.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
  5. Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure issues are resolved.
  6. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Minimum Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  2. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently.
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
