Job Description

This position will be in-office at Entec Nepo - Angeles City.

Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for providing quality systems administration and remote support to all company offices, including End-users support. Primary responsibilities include supporting software, hardware, network, and Cybersecurity. The Technical Support Specialist must rely on remote support experience and judgment while working with the US IT Support team. Follow established procedures to identify, research, and resolve technical problems, document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Must be able to work between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (US Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday during Office and Store business hours.

  • Systems Administration & Support
    • Advanced Microsoft Azure Services and MS-AD
    • Support Azure File Services
    • Support Azure Virtual servers and Desktop (AVD)
    • Create, manage, delete user accounts, assign permissions, and handle password resets
    • Maintain and support Office 365 including creating users’ mailbox and maintaining email flow
    • Support and troubleshoot Nextiva Cloud phone system
    • Administrative support Ninja One RMM
    • Maintain and support Mimecast email security; provide monthly report
    • Collaborate with team on technical Azure projects to ensure delivery
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills
  • Remote Technical Support
    • Provide remote assistance for IT tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
    • Install and configure software and hardware, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts
    • Collaborate with users to understand their technical needs and deliver effective solutions
Azure Data Backup, Recovery and Azure Cloud Security Monitoring
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery plans to protect data integrity
  • Implement and maintain Azure Cloud Services security measures, intrusion detection, and access controls; monitor security logs; generate incident reports for Cybersecurity team
Other Duties
  • Support company stores in Southern & Northern Nevada, Utah and Idaho via remote access
  • Assist IT staff with assignments and projects to meet goals
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the reporting Manager
  • Provide weekly updates to the reporting Manager
Qualification and Requirements

Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in Azure Systems Administration and configuration. Strong knowledge of Cloud Phone administration, Mimecast email security, and cybersecurity practices.

Skills : Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail; strong English communication skills (written and verbal); ability to work independently and as part of a team.
