Overview
We are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Staff who will provide assistance with basic accounting tasks such as recording transactions, monitoring payments, and verifying receipts. The ideal candidate must be organized, willing to learn, and able to adapt to a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Monitor and follow up payments from clients or partners
- Assist in checking and filing of official receipts and invoices
- Support the accounting team in preparing reports and documentation
- Perform basic office clerical duties as needed
- Willing to be trained in Carmona, Laguna
- Organized, reliable, and has attention to detail
The candidate must be willing to undergo training at Best Resource office in Carmona, Laguna.
Work ScheduleWork Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Qualifications- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and capable of handling rejections
- At least a high school graduate; college level or graduate preferred
