Business Development Representative - Permanent Work from Home + Night Shift

Our company, Safari One Business Solutions, is a Philippines-based corporation supporting accounting, finance, and operational functions for Safari Micro, Inc., a well-established reseller of IT products and services in the U.S. We operate remotely from the Philippines since 2013, supporting our U.S. team based in Chandler, Arizona.

This is a permanent work-from-home position, working during our night shift (approx. 10:30 pm – 7:30 am Philippines time), with a typical workload of 40-45 hours per week.

Principal Responsibilities

This role primarily involves leveraging your experience in IT lead generation to succeed. We value your skills in cold calling, emailing, and networking to set appointments for our BPO and IT services teams. Your duties include:

  • Making 100+ cold calls daily to potential clients, understanding that rejection is part of the process, and staying motivated to find prospects interested in our services.
  • Scheduling new client appointments through cold outreach and networking.
  • Researching and targeting the right prospects using tools like LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
Desired Qualifications and Work Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-volume appointment setting or lead generation, especially in IT services.
  • Driven, energetic, goal-oriented, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs and record detailed notes for future reference.
  • Ability to build and cultivate relationships within the industry over time.
Compensation

PHP 35,000 – 50,000+ per month, including a 10% night shift differential. Compensation depends on experience and skills. Please include your expected salary when applying.
