If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you At GoHealth 360, we are seeking energetic and self‑motivated Call Center Agents to join our Legal Tort Campaign. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding customer service and support to individuals seeking legal assistance. The job caters to people who were involved in motor vehicle accidents and looking for financial compensation. Job Requirements Hours: 9 hours per day, Monday to Saturday totaling 54 hours weekly Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, always ensuring exceptional customer service Provide information and guidance to clients regarding legal tort matters Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather relevant information Accurately record client details and case information in our database Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries Maintain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to address client concerns effectively Adhere to established call center guidelines and protocols Internet and Hardware Requirement Must have Wired Headset Speed test – Minimum of 20mbp Speed Download and Upload Windows 10 or 11 with Google Chrome web browser installed 8GB or Higher of Memory Processor i3 or higher Computer must be Free of Malware or viruses Back up internet Skype account Valid government‑issued ID/driver’s license What We Offer Competitive salary (19,000-25,000php per month) Health allowance (After 120 days of employment) PTO will be accrued at 0.0385 for a max of 90 hours bi‑weekly eligible after 120 days of employment (10 days in a full year) 6 US Paid Holidays Internet allowance Employee Referral program $10 Pay is biweekly Attendance Incentive Program To Apply To be considered for this opportunity, please submit your resume with the name of your current or previous employer (if you are not working), work title, dates worked, and work experience.
