Job Description Ensures responsive customer care, efficient billing and logistics, and seamless coordination of pickups and returns. Leads both in-house and authorized service operations, focusing on KPIs, technician performance, and service documentation. Manages technical support, government compliance, and quality assurance, while also overseeing parts planning, warranty processes, and inventory control. Manages projects and installations Carries full P&L responsibility, driving strategic growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Builds a high-performing, collaborative team and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
