Digital Exams Business Systems Analyst - 6506 Job Details Location: Makati City, Metro Manila Employment type: Fixed-term (18 months) Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time Work setup: Hybrid, two days in office per week Pay range: Php 71,000 – 97,000 About the Role Cambridge University Press & Assessment invites a dedicated Digital Exams Business Systems Analyst to join our global team. The ideal candidate will analyse and align in‑house and SaaS platforms to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable delivery of innovative digital exams worldwide. What You Will Do Analyse and evaluate in‑house and SaaS platforms to align with evolving business requirements and digital exam objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, refine, and document business needs, workflows, and technical requirements. Conduct gap and impact analyses, recommending system enhancements or alternative solutions to improve performance and scalability. Partner with technical and business teams to support testing, integration, and adoption of new or enhanced systems and processes. Support change management, training, and communication activities to ensure smooth transition and effective use of digital exam systems. Ideal Candidate Essential: Proven ability to analyse complex systems, perform gap analyses, and align technical solutions with business needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging technical and business teams. Strong documentation skills, including user stories, functional specifications, and process flows. Desirable: Experience in digital exams or assessment programmes. Familiarity with internal operations workflows and multi‑platform system integration. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. As part of the selection process, you will complete an English test to assess your fluency, followed by a practical task sent via email.
